We spent Christmas Eve in Mexico
It is a Mexican tradition to break a pinata on Christmas. My
cousin Victor has brought the pinata the last couple of years.
Last years pinata was big, but this years was enormous.
As you can see it is taller than Angel.
He also brought a "Rockola" a Karaoke machine.
So we danced some...
Grandpa dancing with Karina.
...and sang some.
Stephen had so much fun, he really got into it.
Our little performer
We opened some gifts.
Stephen really liked the firetruck my cousins gave him.
Victoria opening her first Christmas gift.
She got a doll, which she immediately put in her mouth.
We took a group picture before breaking the pinata.
Since Victoria was the youngest she got to hit the pinata first.
Then it was Stephen's turn.
Sitting on great grandma's lap as others hit the pinata.
Los Quates (the twins) hitting the pinata.
Stephen had to take another turn.
Stephen eating a candy that had fallen out of the pinata.
What exactly is it? Well it is a triple header, or three lollipops
on one stick. He usually gets messy with just one, well he really got
messy with this special lollipop. Look at the way he is looking at it.
He got to hit the pinata yet again, but he would
not let go of his lollipop.

Stephen with a pinata cone on his head, his lollipop in
his mouth a lollipop drool all over his shirt.

Getting kisses from Daddy
We were up until the wee hours of the morning.
We even got my parents to Karaoke .
