Christmas on New Years

For several years now we have been celebrating Christmas with my

family on New Years since we are usually in Mexico on Christmas.

Here is Stephen next to his gifts.

Starting out nice and slow.

He also enjoyed watching others open their gifts.

My God-daughter, Ariana, very happy with her

Beauty Vanity Table we got her.

Stephen got a lot faster as the night progressed.

The cousins all wanted to help Stephen open his big gift Tia Veronica

and family got him. Tia fit many things into that big red bag.

One of the things that was in the big bag was Stephen's birthday bib

and crown. This is where the prince party theme originated from.

I had to include this picture. Not sure how Stephen managed to

get into this position. He and Yasmine were playing on top of the

big red box, and the next thing we know Yasmine has fallen off the box

and is crying. Well, apparently I caught the action shot right before

it all happened. Stephen apparently repelled himself off his cousin

Yasmine in order to get off of the box.

Checking out Ariana's vanity set. I did not get a picture

of it but Stephen started to brush his hair with the brush.

He had as much fun with his gifts...

... as he did with the empty boxes and wrapping paper.

Samuel got a set of Lincoln Logs and Tia Veronica was helping

Samuel built the cabin. Not sure who has gotten a chance to

build with them, but it takes a long time to make the cabin.

Samuel and Veronica were close to finishing when Stephen

comes and knocks them all down. Samuel was a good sport

about it, he did not get upset. Stephen enjoyed destroying

the cabin and putting the logs in his mouth.

WE HAD A GREAT CHRISTMAS-NEW YEARS!
