Stephen's 3rd Birthday

The first activity was for the kids to do a craft.  They 

decorated a pirate ship with stickers.

The invitation stated, "Come in your pirate wear if you dare!"

We then had lunch.

My sister then read the kids a pirate book.

After the book, the treasure hunt was on.  The first treasure 

they found was a spy glass and  hook.

Here is the buffet after everyone had ate.  I forgot to take a picture

 before since I was running around finishing things at the last minute.

They found a treasure box full of jewels upstairs.

The bandannas were hidden in the stove.  My brother in law,

Felipe was nice enough to lead the treasure hunt.  I 

asked him last minute and he did a great job. 

They just found their eye patches and are on their way

to their next treasure after hearing the clue.

Their next treasure was a sword.

Here they are headed to find their last treasure.  The last treasure was a

 treasure chest (a pinata) but the key was no where to be found. 

After the treasure hunt they were found guilty of stealing

a treasure that was not theirs and were asked to walk the plank.

The kids then had a cannon ball fight from one ship to another.

Since they did not have a key for the treasure chest, they 

took turns taking swings at it to get it opened.

This is the pirate cake my sister Veronica helped me make.

The botty bags the kids got.

We made a loot bag for each of the kids.

It was so much fun celebrating Stephen's 3rd Birthday!

He is growing way too fast :(
