Samuel's 4th b-day

Stephen hung out for a little while and then took a

nap for a good part of the party.

The theme of the party was Little Einstein's. If you don’t know,

the Little Einstein’s are a Disney Cartoon in which four little

Einstein’s travel to different countries on "Rocket" in order to

complete a mission. Samuel Alejandro had a big Rocket with the

little Einstein characters that talked and played the music it

plays when it travels. Samuel led the kids with Rocket to the

different countries. The Celebration Mission began with lunch

in Italy (lasagna for the adults and pizza for the kids) then they

continued to Lebanon where Tia Veronica gave some fun facts

about Lebanon (my brother-in-law is Lebanese) and taught the

kids how to belly dance. Rocket then took them to New York

where Felipe read the kids a Little Einstein book (about N.Y.)

and where Samuel conducted a symphony (the kids played

different instruments, this was too cute). They were then all

led to Mexico for a fiesta and broke the piñata. I will upload a

few more pictures later.

Had a great first Mother's Day

Maribel and the kids were still in town on Sunday

for Mother's day. I am finding out that it's really

hard to take group pictures with kids.
