Easter Sunday

We went to church, had lunch at our friends

home and then headed back to the Arboretum

since I did not get a chance to take pictures of

the various types of tulips. Well, we were very

disappointed to find see that out of the thousands

of tulips that we had seen the week prior, there

was only a total of about two dozen left. I think

the storm we had come through a few days prior

to Easter knocked then all out. We will have

to wait for next year. We still had a nice time.

Ready to ship him off, no not really. Since he

can't sit quit yet, we had to prop him up

in his carrier to take pictures.

A lady was nice enough to lend us a bunny

forthese pictures.

Stephen was up for a little bit when we got

there, but then fell asleep for the rest of the time.

We had a wonderful Easter Sunday!!

Stephen's Presentation

April 5th 2009

We presented Stephen at church the way Jesus was

presented by Joseph and Mary. We were fortunate

enough to have Guelita Bejar and Tia Daisy

in town for the special occasion.

Tia Maribel was unable to attend due to short notice,

but provided us with the beautiful childhood litany

that was read in the service.

Stephen slept through the whole thing.
